Call for the IPSF Delegation to the 72nd World Health Assembly (WHA)

The application to be part of the IPSF Delegation attending the 72nd World Health Assembly is open!

The World Health Assembly is the decision-making body of the World Health Organization (WHO). Every year, the event is attended by delegations from all WHO member states and non-state actors, with focuses on a specific health agenda prepared by the Executive Board.

The main function of the World Health Assembly is to determine the policies of the Organization, appoint the Director-General, supervise financial policies, and review and approve the proposed program budget.

IPSF acts as a non-state actor during this event, using the opportunity to voice our opinions on matters important to us.

The 72nd World Health Assembly will be held between the 20th and the 28th of May 2019, in Geneva, Switzerland. In order to be considered for this prestigious opportunity, interested

IPSF members should complete the Application form, including a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a confirmation letter from the applicant respective Contact Person.

The form must be completed and submitted before the December 31st, 2018 23:59 GMT+0.

All applicants will be notified regarding the results of applications within the weeks following this deadline.

Please Note: successful applicants will be required to attend pre-WHA training in Geneva the weekend prior to May 20th, 2019.
