Leaders in Training

The Leaders in Training (LIT) aims to develop a quality, sustainable leadership programme for pharmacy and pharmaceutical science students and recent graduates worldwide. Our main objective is to equip the future workforce with the leadership and management skills required to fulfill leadership roles in the global health setting, specifically when engaging in policy making. The content of LIT programmes includes themes in leadership and management skills as well as advocacy among a wide range of topics.

LIT participants go on as confident leaders, fully equipped with the necessary skills to lead teams effectively locally, nationally, and beyond. Through LIT, participants are also exposed to the Federation, its structure, and its numerous activities.
