Type accommodation
The Student will be residing at the International Guest House provided by the Kathmandu University which is located at Central Campus, Dhulikhel, Kavreplanchowk. The accommodation will be beared by the association.
Board, pocket money or other financial benefits/remuneration
The board should be paid by the student themselves . Neither any remuneration nor any money will be provided by our organization.
The Nepalese food per meal costs $1 inside the university premises . We recommend you to prepare approximately $5 ( Inside University Premises Only) for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. However, the cost varies for the food outside the premises. The cost of food items is to be beared by the student themselves.
Language requirements
English is mandatory. It would be beneficial to know Nepali.

Information on Work Permits and Visa
VISA must be as per the rules of the Nepal Government. The applicant is responsible for getting his/her VISA after thoroughly reading the terms and conditions.
Selection Procedures
The students will be chosen by the host on the basis of the CV and motivation letter and the selection is done by the Student Exchange Officer.
