The President also represents IPSF at official meetings and ensures maintenance of contacts and liaisons between related outside bodies and the Federation. They are also responsible for furthering relations with professional contacts and allied organizations.

The duties of the Secretary General are to attend to the correspondence of the Secretariat and to keep records of the proceedings of the Executive meetings and General Assemblies. He is also responsible for the updating of the IPSF official documents and for distributing appropriate documents to IPSF member organizations. He also chairs the Constitutional Working Party to make modifications to the constitution as decided on in the General Assembly at the Congress..

Mehdi Zeghal , Tunisia

The Treasurer controls the Federation’s finances and ensures that the Federation is run efficiently. He performs all financial transactions on behalf of the Federation and is also in charge of the administration of the Development Fund. The Treasurer also prepares a detailed budget for the current financial year and produces summaries of the accounts of the Federation. The Treasurer is also responsible for working with the President and Secretary General to secure external funding for the Federation.
  
Chairperson of Pharmacy Education                                education@ipsf.org

The Chairperson of Pharmacy Education is responsible for monitoring and evaluation the implementation and impact of IPSF phamacy education projects. Those include Moving On II and III that are IPSF original research project series. He also co-ordinates IPSF's annual educational supplement Phuture. At the annual IPSF congress, the Chairperson organises the Educational Symposium. He is also co-ordinating the FIP/IPSF Students' Day and other IPSF joint sessions at the FIP Congress, together with Chairperson of Professional Development.

Shirley Yeung , Canada

The Chairperson of Professional Development is co-ordinating IPSF Patient Counselling Event (PCE) and Pharmacy Professional Awareness Campaing (PPAC) and organise workshops related those campaigns at the annual IPSF Congress. The Chairperson also develops IPSF Training programme. She/He also co-ordinating the FIP/IPSF Students' Day and other IPSF joint sessions at the FIP Congress, together with Chairperson of Pharmacy Education.

The Chairperson of Public Health is responsible for facilitating the implementation of IPSF public health campaigns by member associations. She chairs the Public Health Sub-Committee and works closely with them to support and encourage member associations in their public health campaigns. This includes co-ordinating the distribution of relevant resources. In her role, She is also responsible for developing IPSF's public health partnerships and reporting to allied organisations of IPSF public health initiatives.

The Chairperson of Public Relations is in charge of carrying out a program to promote IPSF in non-member nations through the co-ordination of a Membership Promotion Committee. She evaluates the methods and successes of IPSF in both member and non-member nations. She actively publicises the Federation, serves as a speaker and provides any other speaker with the necessary promotional materials for the promotion of IPSF. She liases closely with the President and Treasurer in obtaining appropriate sponsorship and funding for the Federation

The Chairperson of Publications chairs the Editorial Board and edits, designs, publishes, and co-ordinates circulation of the IPSF News Bulletin and its supplements, as well as of any other official publications. He carries out a programme of work to ensure a constant supply of articles and information for the IPSF publications and manages the IPSF Website.

The Chairperson of Student Exchange facilitates the smooth running and organisation of the IPSF Student Exchange Programme (SEP). He is responsible for updating the Domestic Rules as approved by the General Assembly as well as the SEP Guidelines. The Chairperson of Student Exchange will publish detailed statistical data about the SEP each year and convenes the scheduled SEP meetings at congress. He is also responsible for the new SEP online platform.
